Step 2 of 3

Upload your documents securely.

Send us the proof we need — residency and any inspection reports. Everything is encrypted in transit and stored privately. A specialist will follow up with you at every stage of the process.

You're never on your own.

A dedicated case specialist will reach out by phone or email after each step — eligibility review, document intake, inspection scheduling, funding approval, and installation. If anything is missing or unclear, we'll let you know exactly what to do next.

Documents you'll need

Upload whatever you have on hand — we'll let you know if anything else is needed.

  • Proof of residency Required

Driver's license, utility bill, or government-issued ID showing your property address.

  • Property deed

Recorded deed showing ownership of the property — if available. We can pull a copy for you (see below).

  • Site plan or Survey

Most recent site plan or property survey — if available.

  • Repair / replacement estimate

Any quotes you've already received from a septic contractor — if available.

We need your eligibility info first.

So we can attach these documents to your application, complete the eligibility form first. It only takes a couple of minutes.

Files are stored privately — only your case specialist can access them.
